Shan Ricketts
Shan Ricketts has served as a leader in his field since 1989, developing specific expertise in sales, customer service and complex problem resolution and prevention.
Shan has received numerous awards, including the Georgia Health Insurance Agent of the Year Award and the National AHU William F. Flood Public Service Award. He even has an Award named after him. The “Shan Ricketts Award” is given annually to the South Atlanta Health Insurance Agent of the Year. He has spoken before both the House and Senate in Georgia and is invited annually to Washington DC to discuss state and national insurance concerns with Congressmen and Senators.
Shan uses these skills to build a kinder and gentler benefits, individual, and senior services organization to provide for his customers’ needs. His goal is to safely provide these services at the lowest possible cost, while also helping customers find the best solution for their needs.
